      Employment stability, but pay lags behind industry standards

      Pros

      Continued employment and free satellite TV. Don't be incompetent, pretend you care, manage expectations, and make an important contribution once a year,

      Cons

      Below industry pay. Small pay increases. Monitoring of badge in/out time. Dish is cheap on principle. You'll see. It's just how Charlie runs things...."spend it like it's your money". Dish mantra ... everyone should be content with PBJs while Charlie flies in a G6 and spends a $1B on spectrum.

      Toxic environment with favoritism and lazy management

      Cons

      During my time there, they played favorites. My manager was lazy and never worked, yet they've been promoted several times. Don't waste your time there unless you suck up to certain managers.
