Pros

Century City location; nicely appointed office spaces (well-lit & modern); Friday breakfasts; several very memorably nice co-workers

Cons

Arrogant litigation attorneys: one partner, in particular, openly disparaged his secretary of 25+ years to his underlings within my (unacknowledged) presence; bullying secretarial staff members ("pow wows" anyone?); otherwise dismissive, disrespectful co-workers; grossly unprofessional HR admin. whom I understand has since been replaced & moved onto another, smaller firm

Pros

The PTO and benefits were great.

Cons

The Manager of my group was not good. Never stood up for us and only came to visit with bad news or critiques. There was not a lot of training and guidance and the attorneys never came to us with an issue.
