Pros

The Staff works well together to support each other during demanding times.

Cons

Management moves staff around like pawns and does not nurture team work between staff and attorneys. They are also focused on growth in international markets before strengthening the US market.

Pros

Co-workers get along very well, they make the firm a nicer place to be. The firm had a pretty good handle on maintaining a personable feel, despite it's enormous size. Pretty good PTO and great health benefits.

Cons

Seems to have become less personable in recent years, but still ok. I guess like most companies, management does not realize that its staff are actually human beings and not things or simply a means to an end.

Pros

salary and benefit package a plus.

Cons

If you play up to attorneys you might stand a chance. HR although on site, not on site, people are not valued.
