Pros

Interesting clients and big deals. Attorneys in the firm are smart and supportive. A great place to learn the ropes and develop an independent practice.

Cons

As with any large premiere law firm that has exciting work, there is always another big deal and lots of work so days can be long. But the upside is also huge.

Pros

Great place to work. Loved my colleagues and interesting clients. Great teamwork environment but also the opportunity to build an independent practice.

Cons

General work/life balance when working in a dynamic, growing legal practice.
