Pros

Great support from management in a team environment. Very generous benefits and frequent recognition of 'back office' staff as vital to the firm's goals.

Cons

Fiscal year-end is stressful and requires immense investment of time. Management's on-going efforts to incorporate 'best practices' are sometimes stymied by the attorneys who are the owners of the firm.

Pros

Competitive Salary decent benefits employee discounts. Trains and encourages staff to use the latest technology A great learning experience. Very up to date firm.

Cons

If matched with demanding attorney there is no work/life balance. Firm always looking to cut corners with respect to supplies and printers to be sustainable.
