      Pros

      Nice atmosphere. Some attorneys that are not stuck on themselves are a joy.

      Cons

      Flexibility is offered to some but unfortunately it is not the norm. Many of the staff have worked there so long that they are oblivious to what corporate has to offer. You slotted and that's where you stay.

      Quality of work and the ability to take significant roles early in your career.

      Cons

      Non-attorney staff decisions seem to be made centrally, largely without the input of the attorneys they support. Not great at management or motivation of people.
