Good Pay, Fair Treatment

Pros

I have been very pleased with the pay I receive for my job title and with the treatment I receive from my managers. My team is over all very well run. One example is my weekly one-on-one meeting with my supervisor. These are very informal meetings and I feel very well heard. Another example; Though this position requires onsite attendance every day, management is very flexible working with us on our work schedule, lunch breaks, and 15-minute breaks. I do not at all feel micromanaged; management trusts me and my teammates to get the job done. Admittedly, much of this comes from the fact that we actually do get the job done.

Cons

Previous teammates did not have nearly the work ethic that we have and were, as a result, put on a much shorter leash. But that is to be expected everywhere; if you don't do your job, you will not be rewarded with freedom.
