Pros

Office culture is amazing, everyone is supportive everyone, we love spending time together in and out of the office and all are welcomed!

Cons

Salary is not amazing and when you request a raise it will take 4+ months to get approved / implemented. Raises also don't take cost of living or inflation into account which is a big deal when living in a big city.

Pros

The firm has a decent brand, nice offices, and some good projects.

Cons

The DC office culture is poor with their latest acquisition having a negative impact on design culture. There are people who don’t pull their weight. There are too many business development folks who have no idea what it takes to deliver actual projects. Benefits and pay are poor compared to market.
