Pros

The coworkers were pretty good, the new office was very pretty, and there is always fruit, coffee and beer avaiable.

Cons

The idea of employee ownership in this firm is false a hoax, the entire culture and portrayal of the core values is false, the firm does not give out raises and promotions are based entirely upon who makes friends and sucks up to leadership the best, all at the cost of employee and firm health and progress. The firm relies upon for-profit private prisons and ICE detention centers to stay in the green, and they lied to (and continue to lie to) their employees and the media on both of these counts. For all the talk of being a family and being an important part of the community you will be but a number in the end.

Pros

so many resources, great people across the firm. Lots of design opportunities. fast growing firm. Collaboration with internal engineers .

Cons

Toxic management in San Diego , they operate different from other DLR offices, very tight on pay raise and so much favoritism in promotions.
