Pros

Plenty of work, healthy backlog.

Cons

10 years behind in technology. Any new efficient ideas rarely gets noted or used. This is a top heavy firm. People are placed last and profit comes first. Guess who benefits from the profits?

Pros

Nice Building, Façade of company is appealing to outsiders.

Cons

Pay is below average, Employee owned is pressured too much for you to sacrifice your work life balance. Passive aggressive Management Too many Clicks within the office. If you are not with the cool kids you will know it from day 1. Parking is worst I have experienced, because of street cleaning, so walking in the cold dark 15 or more blocks is common.
