Pros

They keep the same PM on a project from fee proposal through project closeout. This keeps projects moving smoothly from phase to phase as well as giving the PM a feeling of pride and ownership when the project is completed.

Cons

They do too much scheduling and budgeting with complicated computer programs that are very time consuming to use, making project budgets very difficult to meet.

Pros

flexible working schedule great team players

Cons

The studio has a limited range of projects, partly because the urban department was established less than five years ago. As a result, much of the work is repetitive, which has limited opportunities for growth and learning. Additionally, there are challenges in leadership (director) and project management, and communication with senior staff can sometimes feel unprofessional or discouraging.
