Pros

The firm has a portfolio of diverse name brand clients

Cons

On the surface, the office tries to appear to be a creative supportive environment. The office prides itself on doing mediocre work as cutting edge design. One has to 'fit in' irregardless of productivity or efficiency. Do not challenge senior management here. If one does not fit into the cultish mold, then senior management makes sure opportunities are limited to reflect employee's productivity. The work atmosphere is very passive aggressive and much like that of a high school cafeteria.

No lack of entrepreneurial spirit.

Pros

Entrepreneurial spirit. I am allowed time and resources to explore what interests me. Opportunities for advancement exist to follow those interests as my career advances. It is almost like I have my own firm

Cons

It is difficult at times to balance work-life. Much like other professions, design is a lifestyle and not a job, so I shouldn't be surprised.

Not the worst but could be better.

Pros

Very public facing projects. Most of your coworkers are skilled in their discipline and pleasant to work with. Company appears to "try" when it comes to culture.

Cons

Lack of transparency. Poor leadership. No career development. Toxic, office politics. Overall company structure has become very corporate and a bit muddy. Very low pay, zero work/life balance, mediocre benefits plan.
