      Pros

      Great team that is willing to pay for your experience. DMI seemed to always lead/drive technology instead of letting technology driving the business. Good benefits and great people.

      Cons

      Had no issues with the company. The only minor issue was the lack of communications from corporate level to remote business units, so team was aware of new initiatives.

      Good Projects, Best HR Policies, Full support from Team members. Good Place for Freshers to learn. Can learn within and out of the project by attending meetings and sessions.

      Not As Great As They Appear

      Pros

      Beautiful office space, company-paid happy hours, annual employee recognition, and a fun holiday party and other company sponsored events. The CEO is friendly and personable.

      Cons

      You are expected to work late into the night and on weekends with no incentives. I've seen people at all levels working until 11:00 at night and later. This is part of the culture and if you don't do the same, you will be cut in no time. There is NO work-life balance. Employees get fired all the time for a variety of reasons and VPs do not have consensus regarding what their long-term plans are. There is such a high turn-over from the bottom up.
