      They have good Christmas parties, worth travelling to go

      Cons

      Careful of how many stars DMI has on Glass Door. The 4-5 start reviews are purposely inflated... Dishonest about compensation plan at start of employment. This issue dates back years, just scroll through the older reviews. Lots of turnover creating chaotic environment, stress of job security. Bad communication from leadership to with project teams. Projects understaffed, continual overtime is expected, not compensated for. Poorly executed professional development programs for employees. Only rhetoric.

      A company who's lost it's way

      Pros

      At first, I felt seen and supported as a UX-UI designer. Then about a year in we switched management, and the CEO stepped down. Since then it's been multiple company lay-offs, miscommunication, and murky answers as to where the money went, along with what actionable steps leadership is taking to get the company back on track.

      Cons

      The management-leadership team lacks a clear vision, they want to grow but don't know how. The leadership team lacks communication and feels as if they don't have to explain what's going on to the rest of the company. Massive layoffs happening but without a clear growth and sales strategy offers little hope for things to change.
