      Mobility Market Leader. Great Place to Make Impact.

      Pros

      Company clearly in front of a new and emerging market. Great place to work if you want to help clients use mobile to impact their businesses. DMI seems like its on the upswing with management working together and cross-selling services across multiple business lines. No longer just a government contractor.

      Cons

      Company is in growth mode and reinventing itself. May not be the most comfortable place for people who don't like change / evolution.

      Don't Work Here

      Pros

      They provide box tickets for events no one wants to see. It's nice, but they never give employees playoff tickets. Direct management is great if you are on the right project

      Cons

      Company just decided they won't pay accrued vacation. Money problems or selling? Corporate is terribly disassociated from the federal contracts that keep them floating. Rumors abound and do not make employees confident. The company is not stable and their roll of buying up "Mobile" companies has probably swallowed any credit that is left. A rebranding was tried, but didn't work. It's like a gladiator move in the office.

      Good office environment; Enjoyable co-workers; Desire to get things done quickly; Fun events at work and outside of the office around holidays; Fast moving pace doesn't allow you to be bored at work!

      Cons

      Moving too fast sometimes; Communication on all levels can improve
