      great environment, startup culture, plenty of opportunities, savvy tech people with specific experience in computer vision, AR and more

      Cons

      Hard working team, can be a little high pressure at time due to the sheer volume of enquiries received by the business and the overall team which is scaling up

      Pros

      The best things about DMI are the snacks, the décor and if they open up the "box" seats to employees for concerts and games.

      Cons

      They have a serious cash flow problem, no transparency from management about the direction of the company, morale is bad, people are leaving left and right, you're not sure if they are quitting or being laid off?

      Pros

      Your coworkers are knowledgeable and willing to show you how an application works and to share with you their experience.

      Cons

      There is a lack of planning for change. Changes are implemented as half baked schemes and the employees make it happen. Recommend more detailed planning that includes the employees who will be doing the work. The managers treat the employees like prisoners who will not be running the prison. Many of the Project managers lack basic IT skills and the ability to lead. The rely on one trusted agent for information. They seem to lack the inability to logically draw the infrastructure that they are supporting.
