Long hours with no rewards, - weekend work is expected on a regular basis. No job security, - high turnover. CEO only interested in making the company appear to be a fun place to work - very misleading and a misconception. Despite claims of high growth, most projects hinge on government funding. Proposal shop shoots at anything that is up for bid. Very little corporate communication. One of the worst places to work in over 30 years of experience. Stay away - this is not a fun place to work.
