Pros

Competitive beginning salary. New Headquarters provides free soft drinks.

Cons

No annual reviews. No employee goals or objectives. Inexperienced Managers. Unsure of what you will be working on week to week. Worked here for 1.5 years and never saw an organization chart. Long hours with no rewards, - weekend work is expected on a regular basis. No job security, - high turnover. CEO only interested in making the company appear to be a fun place to work - very misleading and a misconception. Despite claims of high growth, most projects hinge on government funding. Proposal shop shoots at anything that is up for bid. Very little corporate communication. One of the worst places to work in over 30 years of experience. Stay away - this is not a fun place to work.

Pros

Very employee-centric company. CEO is engaged and willing to talk to anyone who wishes to talk. If you work hard it pays off. If you want to advance you will. If you desire challenge you will have it. You can count on hard work but DMI will make it worth your while.

Cons

Government contracting is a TOUGH business and is highly competitive. This leads to a lot of proposal and past performance work that may not yield expected results. Fast growth has resulted in some gaps.
