Slow growth potential

Pros

-Depending on your team, you can get lucky with great colleagues willing to share knowledge or even a good story/joke. -Relaxed environment

Cons

-Upper management doesn't seem to have any knowledge on SDLC. They cannot coordinate realistic timelines and space out demos amongst all levels of management so there are 8 separate demos instead of maybe 3. -Slowwww growth potential. Doesn't matter how much you know only how long you've been in that position for them. Best bet to receive a promotion is to leave and then try to come back.

Pros

New challenges every week. Funnest CEO I've ever seen. Focus on pushing people to their best. Interesting to see a company go through explosive growth, doubling every year for the past 4 years.

Cons

A bit exhausting sometimes, but so was my last triathlon.

Pros

New HQ, complete with employee lounge, Xbox, tv, soda, and snacks. CEO is friendly and fun loving. He truly cares about the employees.

Cons

The leadership team is extremely unethical, making promises without intending to keep them. Executives backstab each other in order to keep themselves off the hot seat with the COO, who essentially runs the company. ZERO growth opportunity, each employee lives and dies by the contract they are currently on. Employees and consultants are treated like cattle, useful until they are burnt out and then frequently dismissed. Employees are rewarded based on favoritism, not merit Culture of screaming obscenities encouraged by the executive team
