Just average fairly profit making company. Offers very average salary. Average benefits.

Cons

No salary hike Big No if you are on any visa - as per recent HR policy, company will not pay for legal fees if you are stuck in immigration quagmire.

The benefits could certainly be worse.

Cons

Lots of "drop everything in your current process and go this new direction". Layoffs occurring due to lack of attention to budgetary constraints (27 people fired due to lack of funds). Raises year over year don't cover inflation. Practically no opportunity for growth.
