Spent most of my time working on a team with great people who cared about high quality code and meeting customer need

Cons

The review process was disconnected from my work. I almost never interacted 1:1 with the person in charge of my promotions / bonuses / project placement. He also wasn't on my team, so had to rely on reports about how I was doing The company describes itself as quality focused, but is hiring more off-shore workers, sometimes trading cost for quality

Pros

HAD great PTO and things. Not too sure how things are now.

Cons

Once the CEO resigned and Rocky took over (No offense to him personally. Not saying it's all his fault), it felt like execs that were the backbone of the company were all fired. The culture 100% changed after that and it felt like the new execs were all just trying to sound good, but it was hard to believe anything they said.

Use to be a great company with great people and Executive team.

Cons

New Executive team is seriously lacking. Will look you strait in the face and lie. More worried about loyalty than performance. Years of dedication and performance disregarded and your replaced with cheaper options.
