      Pros

      Many of the ICs and line managers are excellent people who truly care about their work and the customers.

      Cons

      The upper management is a confused cluster of reactionary trauma with no real strategy or understanding of how to support teamwork, build relationships, or acquire or maintain customers.

      Decreasing support but more work

      Not a lot to say.

      Cons

      PE firm absolutely destroyed the company culture, morale, and ability to affect change. Staffing was shrunk down to maintain profitability margins and people were being tasked with 2-3x the amount of work.
