      Pros

      Many different shifts to choose from. New people will usually work a later shift and possibly a weekend.

      Cons

      Horrible management that will try to fire you if they don't like you regardless of how well you're doing. If you are one of their favorites you have nothing to worry about.

      A place to work and earn a living

      Cons

      -Unlimited PTO is manager-limited and based on tenure. Would have trouble getting approved time off. -Health benefits do not cover my diabetic supplies and am paying out of pocket. Upwards of thousands of dollars per year -Culture for improvement, change at the entry level job is not encouraged. You are placed to do a job like a fast food worker. -Pay is not on par with industry standard. -Manager quit without giving any notice, and left us employees wondering what will happen.

      Cons

      Different factions of management pointing fingers at each other or at developers when things go off track. Micromanagement is the order of the day and projects fail because managers are more interested in covering their behinds than getting things done. In the roughly one year time I was there I saw half the people I started with leave.
