Pros

Standard assignment work. Don't expect support from mgmt. Dinosaurs in HR, getting worse with time. IT on life support. No one knows who's doing what anymore

Cons

Pros

Remote Position Flexible Work Schedule Lots of exposure to Big name Enterprise companies

Cons

No Direction or Organization Last Minute Projects with unrealistic deadlines Very little opportunity for growth Executives want to promote being on the cutting edge and all have the latest mobile devices every time they release a new one but will not provide employees with access to newest technology or up to date training. Low employee morale and most teams are siloed from another. Amended vacation policy that allowed users to accrue unused vacation and then created what the called Work Managed PTO. Where they you could have unlimited vacation days as long as your manager approves it. In actually you were only given 2 weeks and then it was up to the managers discretion and couldn't be used on any holidays,.

Pros

They pay on time, and the benifits are OK!

Cons

No onboarding process. The whole project was a nightmare for me—no direction from the client, nothing from the DMI. A project with over one year of data was handed over to me within the first week of joining. The toxic environment makes it harder to ask questions and raise concerns, and everyone assumes that you know in and out of the project within the first week. Pointless meetings and uninformed developers make it even harder to do the work. The worst thing is that they divided the tech and product team into two different departments and kept throwing stones at each other. If you don't have any consulting experience, stay away from this company because it's going to turn your life upside down.
