Pros

The company is very supportive, they care about you; they ever give you tickets to local teams games. I honestly have no problem saying a company isn't good, however this company is really a good one.

Cons

Just because the company is great don't mean your PM and the other people above you is good, just always keep that in mind you never know what you will get from the people above you. Oh also it's not easy to move up at all
