      Co-workers are awesome. Company overall is awesome.

      Cons

      Upper management on this project could care less about the employees. They allow talent to walk out at the end of the contract, seeming to setup failure for the next contract. They've also allowed managers to resign, or be demoted, if they try to take care of their employees.
