You're in Bad Company

Pros

The only advantage you get is your compensation. But the high salary comes with a lot of instability. Work wise there are not many pros.

Cons

The Pune office is run like a nursery school. You are paid to come to office and sit. You will be given work that is far away from technology. No genuine work is assigned and then at the time appraisal you are told that you have not worked. Marketing team posts fake reviews to maintain the rating. This company is not worth giving even one star.

Great career starter

Pros

Because the company is growing rapidly, growth opportunities are plenty. The management is supportive of training their employees in a variety of skills as opposed to specializing in one area. Employee centric and pay is competitive.

Cons

Infrastructure and perks often available when part of a big company are slowly being developed.

Pros

Some companies like to lowball you, DMI met my salary request with no questions asked. The benefits are pretty good. I really like that they offer a high deductible, low premium healthcare option with HSA. It's great if you're never sick and don't have any medical issues. Also love the fact that they support 100% telework employees. In fact my entire project team are all telework from home.

Cons

The typical cons of any 100% remote telework team - sometimes communication can be tricky, you can feel isolated when you don't interact with people face to face on a daily basis. Would be nice for team to get together in person some day for some team building.
