      Company has been in business for over 100 years in Japan. Japanese culture permeates. Great place to start or restart your career, gain proficiency in the basics, etc. Solid core team. Conservative and effective cash management.

      Cons

      Limited advancement opportunity. Company lacks innovation mindset as strategy is to exist in markets that other companies have abandoned. Lots of eggs in a handful of customer baskets.
