Friendly coworkers; potential training opportunities and global experience. Ability to take on multiple projects and accelerate your career and resume.

Cons

Company doesn't believe in market value of employees. Raises/bonuses are subpar. Burn out of employees is common place due to overwhelming additional responsibilities added to existing duties. Communication between management and employees is not valued nor encouraged thus management is out of touch with the office pulse which leads to management decisions which negatively impact worker base. Attrition/turnover rates are high and well above industry standard. Little to no cooperation offered by overseas teams.
