Pros

Give a chance for junior to go other department to increase their experience. Me my self had been given chance to go Structural depart, Asset Automisation Dept which i learn about building model for pipeline & doing analysis then I am back to my dept AIMS. I really appreciate that and now I am in plan maybe to go process dept to learn there.

Cons

Management do not appreciate the staff job been done they just instruct worker or engineers to do work but after all the hard time the worker have they dont appreciate that.
