      Pros

      Getting recruited from HR was painless and efficient process. The interview was smooth and to the point. The company really values the work you put in and does not leave those who are putting in the extra effort unrewarded. They really do care about their employees and are willing to investment in them. The work culture is very positive, new members are always welcomed in the team and they are focused on safety and improving their current employees. The tone from the top down is one that really shows this commitment to this type of work culture is in all levels of the company. You’re not just a number if you work here.
