      Pros

      The family culture is unlike any other in the industry. The team supports each other and truly cares for one another. We are given opportunities to grow and the tools to be successful. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday.

      Pros

      Owner Dan Puente has great economists consulting with him that have helped plan, prepare, and forecast industry needs based on pandemic economy trends. DP has been well padded for economic turbulence. Since the beginning of shut downs in early March, DP Electric has proactively done the most bidding, materials purchasing and manpower hiring than the rest of the year. Every three weeks, Dan Puente also releases a state of the company update to employees. There is so much uncertainty in the world right now, but a job at DP is not one of them.
