The culture is the best that I have seen! They are not just words on the wall or things that people just say like I have witnessed at other companies. The people truly embrace the culture and live it every day. Everyone is extremely supportive of each other which make this company the very best!!

Cons

The only con that I could come up with is that I did not join this team sooner!

I've only been with the company for 4 month. YES I was hired in March when all of covid-19 let loose. I was nervous with everyone getting laid off from their jobs and me coming into a new position... BUT DP Electric took care of my family and I, in the middle of this pandemic, I will forever be grateful.. This place is more like a second home with great coworkers, and Awesome leadership.
