      Pros

      Culture is beyond phenomenal, we are a family and we all have fun! Coming to work should feel this way, and I am so glad I found my "home away from home". The people of DP Electric are what make this company everything that it is. From the owner, down to the newest Apprentice hired, everyone is included, welcome and valued.

      Pros

      The family culture is something I've never seen before at a work place, leadership is always willing to teach and mentor the younger generations, everyone I work with is super friendly and always positive. I can honestly say i love coming to work everyday.

      Cons

      I really cant think of anything that DP Electric could improve on, anytime someone has a suggestion on what could be done better the problem is resolved almost immediately.
