      Pros

      Good hours, can work short or long time. Starts accepting applicants as young as 15.

      Cons

      Have to pay for and take a long 2-day course to be lifeguard certified.

      You will certainly get hours because they are understaffed

      Cons

      Overworked and forced to work when sick, was supposed to be at a 2 guard pool but they didn't have enough people so it was just one by yourself with no breaks.

      Thank you for your review. We are currently working on hiring more staff to improve the concerns mentioned for the summer of 2024. Additionally, employees who work as a single guard at any of our facilities are entitled to a 10-minute break every hour on the hour!

      Great summer work for students

      Pros

      They have a great support system, you can usually get plenty of hours, training is thorough, and vacations were usually flexible.

      Cons

      You have to pay for your own training, and they seemed somewhat understaffed.
