Pros

Transition to DRW 2.0 means that the firm is much more connected as a unit, with shared resources and risk

Cons

Transition to DRW 2.0 means Losing a bit of the desk culture. Hopefully the office culture replaces the old pod structure.

We've heard your colleagues here and elsewhere that want us to make sure we're thoughtfully breaking down silos and supporting career paths and growths -- hence 2.0! But desks are still an essential part of our structure and we absolutely expect they'll keep some of their own personalities too!
