there are seriously no pros with working for such a terrible company

Cons

worst company i have EVER worked for. they treat they're staff terribly and none of the clients aren't getting the direct care that they need. they're unbelievably understaffed and could care less who's working at the houses as long as there's SOMEONE there. if relief doesn't show up for you, they'll make you stay there until they find someone and sometimes that's literally 3 days. three 24 hour shifts. THEY'RE AN AWFUL COMPANY and in my opinion, deserve to be shut down.

Constantly short staffed. Good amount of unprofessional direct care staff. Work at least 60 hours a week for a 40 hour a week salary.
