I would have said health benefits, but not that great anymore....so...can't think of much else. The ceo is a nice man. Work/life balance is a pro for some employees, not all. Depends on who you report to...not consistent...see cons.

Cons

Cliques promote each other based on who you sleep with and/or who you are related to. If you have a degree, can do your job, don't gossip, and are honest you are a threat. Management either micromanages you or not at all. Fairness and honesty do not exist on some levels. Upper management is either clueless or just doesn't care about some of the incredible crap that goes on under their noses. The salary is not that great - even for developers. There's more cons...just too many to list.

Great people and innovation that could really help people with healthcare needs. Benefits are good, and there is room for advancement.

Cons

Moral has been low and lots of changes in staff. People keep leaving and not getting replaced so it makes more work for those left behind.

A private family owned company that produces electronic health record software. The company is growing quickly but still has a family atmosphere. Excellent benefits.

Cons

The company's primary market is government based. Aalthough they are working on expanding their customer base they need to work on it more. Although their benefits are good, salaries are on the low side.
