Pros

Great work-life balance, good benefits, average pay, pretty ok bonuses. Not micro-managed, trusted to do the job independently. Good team environment, if you need help or any assistance you can find it easily. Felt very supported by department manager when having issues with product manager. Executive management seems to care for employees, gave 40 hours PTO for COVID.

Cons

Only seen as marching boots when the position requires so much more for success. No room for growth or upward movement. Will move you to any product with extensively more or less travel regardless of what product you were actually hired for. They have now changed everyone in the department's title from "Clinical Implementation specialist" and reduced everyone to just "training specialist" regardless of clinical background or expertise which is their way of making sure you remember that you are only a soldier, get your marching orders and go. Manager will try to get you as cheap as possible, saw someone onboard for almost $20k less than others, sad. Manager also refuses to give top review rating for bonus regardless of results.

Pros

Making Veteran healthcare better. Decent benefits. Opportunities to grow professionally. Ground floor with low barriers to entry. Tons of potential for lucrative government contracts.

Cons

Company has grown beyond the abilities of the CEO and managing executives. Legacy managers hired originally from the VA should have been fired many times over for their lack of ability, direction and professionalism.

Pros

100 % remote work, Atleast thats what i found.

Cons

The Infra team managers expects you to work on tools and get results which you cannot get from that. Will expect you to work on stuff which you are not even experienced or related to .Advise to the management before they start loosing good people because of harsh and rational decisions of your Team mangers and directors . Try to ask your managers to do atleast 2 rounds of interview and get fully satisfied before bringing a candidate on board .Dont just ruin peoples career .
