-Throughout the years of working here, the culture of this company has deteriorated. After dedicating so much time and effort into this company towards the success of projects worked on and trying to elevate the morale of the company, management does not give proper recognition to the employees that work really hard. Many go unnoticed and are not appropriately compensated nor promoted.
-DSS may look good on paper but the dynamic of this company is appalling.
-DSS states on their website that their Salary is competitive, this is not true for those whom have been working there for several years.
-There is no Work/Life balance here; they expect you to work by any means necessary with little to no compensation.
-The mindset is very closed minded and robotic, therefore the environment is not conducive to the employees morale or health.
-Many managers micromanage making it difficult to properly work and complete tasks.
-Management is very poor with project planning; projects are always delayed until last minute and suggestions to improve are never followed through.
-At times management has issues with taking vacations
-Working with very old technology
