great benefits! work atmosphere is wonderful. if you are a woman you might run into some caddy coworker's. other than that if you do your work and mind your own business it's great!

Cons

Lack of communication between management and "the little people".

Pros

Excellent Medical and PTO benefits. Sick time rolls over year to year and it is not limited.

Cons

Salary is low. The benefits take the place of salary. Advancing to other departments is challenging. At times, people are moved or promoted and the position was never posted which leaves no chance for others to broaden their skill set.
