I was very lucky to end up with a very chill manager that understands work/life balance and is a compassionate person in general. Very relaxed environment, potential to get certified for various things while the company pays for it or reimburses you. Technical services has little to no drama and for the most part people are helpful and will assist if you reach out. Vacation time is more generous than some places I've worked at.

Cons

The starting pay is pretty abysmal when compared to two other companies I worked for previously. Which is bizarre because I'm pretty sure the products are more lucrative than the aforementioned companies. Technical services is used as a platform to jump into other career paths.
