Pros

-Decent benifits for a good price, only if you dont have kids.. nothing special its easy for big companies to get decent insurance rates due to the volume. -Good place for Danish (upper management) -Good place for Mexicans (lower management) -Good place for pushovers who just want to work like mechanics without utalizing minimal critical thinking skills

Cons

Everything is wrong with this company, at least this branch! - Manegers are pullies and have a circle or favorites who are usually thier own race. - Rules don’t apply to all. - Lack of inegrity with work quality. - Nothing matters more than numbers and ripping off thier clients, who eventually realize it and go with DSV’s competitors instead. - If you are highly motivated, self driven and hard working be ready to get suppressed and shut down BIG TIME! maybe because the managers are aware of thier lack of knowledge and very insecure about losing thier jobs to anyone who can outshine them so easily. - Workload is heavy and can get heavier with the high turn over rates. - Low pay and only emplyees who have relitives or friends of thier parents in the company get fairly compensated.. also if your danish of course! - Mangers are not worthy of thier titles, and lack basic leadership skills. - Overtime is approved for some people only and the others just work off the clock for free.

Pros

If you're European, you'll have a long career with DSV even if you're a hack.

Cons

If you're from the U.S., all provisions apply. Get crackin! Upper management see's no value in getting to know you or provide training for success. Nowhere to move internally because DSV likes to run lien. You could work in Ocean Exports and then find yourself doing office duties that really do require an internal admin person, but DSV is too cheap to have some of the "extra's" that really make a difference in the office.
