      Pros

      Those that have remained from UTi have kept the spirit of the company alive and are great people to work with who care not only about their jobs but those they work with.

      Cons

      -Constant Layoffs -Unstable environment -CEO comments in a recent article -Work environments have low morale at this point

      Pros

      The only pro i would say is that you work from 8:30 to 4:30.

      Cons

      management doesnt care about employees some are rude to staff and customers. pay sucks and the work load is for 3 full-time people not 1. DSV expects you to work over 40 hours without paying for OT. Training suck. No since of direction. If you are friends with management you can do what you want. This place is a revolving door.

      Pros

      They hire people with no industry experience, and there's health insurance and a 401K plan.

      Cons

      Poor to no communication between anyone at any level; no bonuses, no positive incentives to do anything well/quickly, only negative consequences for actions. Rumor and gossip controls the office. No one's ever sure if they're breaking a rule or not. There's also no real option for promotion/upward mobility.
