      Pros

      free donuts 🍩 or free bagles on Friday with free coffee ☕, few really nice peoples

      Cons

      Management sucks, they will blame on you even if you are not the one making mistakes, even if you work for 9 or 10 hrs, the work that was given still cannot be done. And no overtime pay. They expecting you to check on board and email when you are off. Even have to come back to work while on vacation. If you are new, Training is only 1 day, the 2nd day, you are on your own. Covid 19, stills lots of people work in office. If you have a question you ask the manager, he will say,, what am I looking at? He doesn't even know the answer. No sop for new customer, you are on your own. They just throw work on you. Too much work, never enough people, people keep quitting. They keep hiring temp. If you do come, good luck.

      As the company has grown, they have abandoned their European business model in favor of a more "shareholder-centric" one. Less concern for employees and more concern on the bottom line. No bonus or profit sharing (even when business is doing very well). Cultural nepotism runs rampant - heavily favoring Danish employees. Limited opportunities for advancement. Used to be a very employee focused company. Unfortunately with the growth over the years they have forgone that focus in favor of a big business model focused bottom line and shareholder returns.
