Pros
It almost pays the bills. Hourly employees are great for the most part. Supervision is hardest working group in the building and the most underappreciated.
Cons
Poor historic leadership and talent management in place. Abusive Senior Management aided and abetted by tacit HR department. Support roles operate with terrible impact to operations. It is as though the support roles believe that operations are there to support them!
