      Pros

      Always listen to what you say. Flat organization so management let you do what you think is best and support you all the way to make your own decisions while still giving you guidance if needed. As a growing company advancement is offered if you go the extra mile. free lunches and breakfast a few times a month and a nice environment to work in.

      Cons

      changes are constant. with IT and paperless program in fact the whole way we work makes its challenging and demanding. Hoping for a break in this area but just see more changes

      Pros

      DSV is a lean organization and this was apparent from the initial interview to present day. This means a lot in that management is very willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard to support the customer. DSV empowers the employee to do a good job. There is very little red tape or politics. There is an expectation to achieve results. DSV is going places and I plan to hang on and ride the wave!

      Cons

      Very few challenges. Future development of vertical marketing strategy would be helpful.

      they are great and they help you a lot to grow and progress. You have a lot of support from you co- workers .

      the managment should be more sensitive to the employees needs and provide more feedback to correct procedures and plans of action
