      Good company but challenging

      Pros

      Better ambiance. Allow WFH 2 days a week. Mondays are fruit days. Thursdays are bagel days. Friendly teammates. Branch manager looks out for staff.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming. And be tough.

      Pros

      Encouraged constant feedback from employees of all levels; roundtables HR initiatives to make all employees feel supported and celebrated. Food trucks and progressive attempts to create an inclusive workspace. Employees seem to overall enjoy working there. Most employees have been there for a few years.

      Cons

      Not enough bonuses. Bonus was offered during slow season with strict rules but resulted to be lackluster due to a lack of overall workflow. Management overlooks day to day issues with WH employees.
