      Huge organization. Job stability. Nice offices

      Not good Insurance Benefits - employees pay more than at almost any other freight forwarders. The more money they make the more goes to execs and employees have to pay. No bonuses for key ops people who make it work take care of customers, just big bonuses and stock for execs and sales people. Only old white guys in senior management. Zero diversity. If you want to move up you need to be danish or at least older male

      Communication was non-existent, and I do not feel like I got feedback on job performance during my time there. There is no guide path to improvement, I was told "DSV doesn't try to improve you, if you aren't performing top notch we will just let you go". The role that I hired on to perform and job description I was provided were not the job that I was asked to perform when officially hired. I had the impression that you are most definitely just a number and when the company wants to "get leaner" they will keep tenured staff.
