      Going down hill quickly

      Pros

      Management does try to create an atmosphere where employees can work together. Promotes safe working environment. Good hourly pay for job.

      Cons

      Don't expect to get close to 40 hours even though that's what they will tell you in the interview. Manager doesn't care unless someone higher up is on him for what is going on. No benefits at all.

      Pros

      DSV is a dynamic and energetic company. Very flat organization, management and operational staff are very close. DSV has a very open culture. There are opportunities to develop yourself, however you have to be a self starter.

      Cons

      There are not many procedures, which means not every offices is similar developed and has different available knowledge. The right information is sometimes difficult to find, because only a few procedures are described.
