Pros

Small subsidiary of a global company. One can make a big impact locally and still be part of a global company where impact can be made overseas as well. Also, there is quite a bit of autonomy to pursue objectives that can benefit individual branches or the company as a whole. It is good to be part of an environment where you can have a big impact.

Cons

Small teams mean overtime when busy times occur. Also, there is not a sense of urgency to complete tasks, month end closings, accounts payable processing, or billings. Also, management needs to decide if there is centralized accounting or decentralized processing of AP invoices.
